We believe every person and brand should be a work in progress—constantly taking action to prove what they believe. This brand purpose guides every decision we make as we build WorkInProgress.

Founded in 2016, WorkInProgess is a full-service creative agency based in Boulder, Colorado. WIP helps brands in commoditized categories differentiate themselves through taking action to prove what they passionately believe in. The actions a brand takes generates earned media and more memorable advertising which leads to more transformational business results.

For Domino’s, we’ve given customers an Emergency Pizza when they need it most, plowed roads so people can pick up pizza, tipped customers for tipping their delivery drivers in our You Tip We Trip Campaign, and most recently, partnered with perfectionist Simon Cowell to introduce Domino’s Quality Captains who check every pizza to make sure it’s perfect before it goes in the oven. For Boost Mobile, we recently launched a new integrated campaign showcasing all the actions they’ve taken to make Boost a new major network, with amazing and affordable plans, tons of towers, blazing 5G speeds, and coverage across 99% of the country. While Sling TV just launched a new brand identity, sonic branding, and brand campaign touting the ability to choose the channels you pay for, pause your subscription when you want to stop watching, and watch free content when your subscription is paused, all wrapped with the new line, Sling let’s you do that.

Living by our brand purpose takes uncommon honesty, the vulnerability to have the hard conversations that change requires, and constant reevaluation of where we are and where we’re going. Recognizing that we aren’t yet where we aspire to be, we have set forth a plan to ensure we continue to build a culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of these words, and represented by a diverse mix of races, ethnicities, genders, ages, sexual orientations, religions, physical abilities, and backgrounds. And that seeks to do our part in changing the systemic imbalances that exist within our agency, industry, and community.
