Keep it 100 (1)

The Elite Approach

Elite Media isn’t here to play nice. In this critical time where our community needs us the most, we're putting our money where our mouth is to empower our people – create opportunity and real world impact.

Keep It 100 isn’t just a competition—it’s the first act towards a larger movement. For Elite Media it’s about being sincere and intentional about bridging equity gaps – starting with using $100K of our own agency dollars, to prove that impact starts with action and investment. We’re challenging advertisers, brands, and industry leaders to step up, match us, and invest in the creators, entrepreneurs, and ideas that push culture—and communities—forward.

As an independent, Black-owned, women-led creative agency—and one of the 2025 Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies—Elite Media wants to set the bar for a new type of challenge. Our mission? Drop the vanity metrics and encourage the industry to use its talents and resources to create impact, not just impressions.

Our partnership with the One Club at the Where Are All the Black People conference is deliberate. We align with those committed to bold action and real results. The Keep It 100 pitch competition is our chance to push past the performative and build community impact that will last for generations.

This is not business as usual. This is business for impact, for culture, for the future.

The Ask

The Keep It 100 Pitch Competition. Powered by Elite Media.

This isn’t your average pitch competition. This is where audacity, culture, and impact collide.

If you’ve ever sat in a meeting, looked around the room, and thought: “There has to be a better way to show up in this industry”—this stage is for you.

We’re calling on entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators who are ready to flip the script, shake the table, and bring their vision to life. Whether it’s:

  • An original idea or product that pushes culture forward
  • The next big media platform
  • A creative agency that’s primed to launch
  • Or a concept ready for the spotlight

Elite Media wants YOUR pitch. The concept. The business plan. The movement that solves problems, empowers communities, or is just straight-up dope. And if you’ve got it? We’ve got $50K to level you up.

Because when we own our stories, when we hold the mic, our impact is far-reaching and inevitable.
This competition is about more than money—it’s about power, access, boldly authentic and making sure the next generation sees doors where we once saw walls.

So—are you ready to keep it 100?

Submit your idea. Claim your space. And show us how you’ll change the game!
